Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to delete your data associated with Rufftail WBOps or Rufftail WhatsApp communication, please email us at admin@rufftail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include your name, phone number, and email address connected with your request. Once we receive your request, we will verify the details and delete applicable data from our systems as per our data retention, order fulfilment, tax, legal, and compliance requirements.

For WhatsApp-related communication, users may also message Rufftail on WhatsApp and request deletion of their communication data where applicable.
